I organize Longe Côte Aquagym lessons in small groups with a session to discover the environment and a more athletic session for a higher level depending on the tides.

Train in a good mood while taking advantage of the Basin for holidays like at home.

Open water swimming

I organize open water swimming training in a small committee focused on the discovery of the environment / on technique and paces / on endurance with long outings.  

Behind there is the objective for the most athletic, to go around the Bassin d'Arcachon in triathlon mode by this summer!

And for this challenge I suggest you train, especially in open water swimming.

 

And I adapt the session according to you, your condition, your objectives, and your "know-how to swim"

  • Outdoor courses to appropriate the Basin in a different and unique way

What to expect:

I am waiting for you for a more or less intense Swimming or Longe-coast Aquagym session depending on the session chosen.

I advise you to arrive 15min in advance to take the time to meet, discuss and then get dressed.

Then we will get into the water and we will warm up with good warm-ups of Aquagym and courses in the water in the Longe-côte style.

Finally we will move on to the heart of the session, adapted to you and targeted on the whole body with more or less intensive muscle strengthening depending on the tide and the session you have chosen.

And finally, after the effort, a small comforting snack!

I am waiting for you for a more or less intense training depending on the session chosen, the objective being that I adapt the session for you as much as possible.

There is something for everyone, from the beginner level with short distances, rest and adapted intensities, to work on technique and paces, from learning to perfecting, and endurance with long outings on visits. of the Basin.

My biography

* I am passionate about sport and full-time self-taught, I swam for nearly 15 years in competition, and I now practice water polo and crossfit / muscle strengthening.

 

* I am a sports educator, particularly specializing in aquatic activity and swimming, which I obtained with a STAPS sports training license

 

* I have already trained in a swimming club with groups of all levels, given aquagym and aquabike lessons in the gym, and offered swimming lessons to the youngest, aquaphobia lessons to the older ones to overcome his fear of water.

* Currently I also offer home sports coaching to individualize the program as much as possible, both in terms of sports and lifestyle with a look at diet and sleep.
